Motorcycle Campgrounds and Biker Friendly Lodging

When you're looking for a little R&R, check out the motorcycle campgrounds, motels and resorts listed here. They are completely biker friendly and they understand the needs of traveling motorcyclists.

The majority of these establishments are two-wheel only. So if you are in a car, keep on driving. Some do allow bikes to be trailered but you may not be able to park in the same location as the motorcycles. Be sure to call in advance to make arrangements if necessary.

*Side-note* A popular term that you might hear is "cage-free" or "no-cages". To explain briefly, a standard vehicle, with all of its metal and steel surrounding the driver, is considered a "cage". So as a biker, you are "cage-free".

These places have made it their goal to serve the motorcycle community and bikers by providing everything that a rider or bike would need during a lay-over on your journey. Check out all of the amenities that these places have to offer. You'll be pleasantly surprised!

Two Wheels Only Motorcycle Resort and Campground Suches, GA Advertised as the first motorcycle only resort and campground in the U.S. and home of the "Twistysisters," this is a great motorcycle retreat. Located in the mountains, you will enjoy gorgeous view and winding roads. You have the option of staying in the lodge, renting a furnished mobile home or enjoying the campgrounds. Just as the name suggests, guests are restricted to those riding or towing their motorcycle. Check out their website for a full list of amenities.

TENNESSEE -

Cherohala Motorcycle Resort Tellico Plains, TN Clean and comfortable lodging at a reasonable price for our motorcycling friends. Located close to two of the best motorcycle roads in America; The Cherohala Skyway and the Tail of the Dragon at Deals Gap.
